Please see course information below for all aid station locations.
We are happy to announce that we are allowing friends/family/crew to be at *certain* aid stations along our courses. Important things to note: crew vehicles must pull completely off the road & shoulder – preferably onto the side road/aid station area where parking allows. Do NOT block riders’ route or create unsafe situations with other traffic. See our courses page for specific info on where crews are allowed and not allowed.
All aid stations will be self-serve with the help of our amazing volunteers:
-
- Water/Electrolytes will be in 5 gallon jugs.
- There will be hand sanitizer – use it when you get to the station, use it when you leave.
- Remember to thank your volunteers!
At Each Station
- Water
- Skratch Electrolyte Drink
- Salty snacks
- Sweet snacks
- Fruit
- Some bubbly
- Basic first aid
- Basic mechanic items (be prepared to do your own fixing with the tools/supplies provided)
- Tire pump
- Chain lube
- Wrench set
Race Rules & Etiquette
You are required to follow all Wyoming State Laws – traffic will not be stopped or altered for this race.
- All racers must wear a helmet
- Obey all traffic lights and stop signs. Do not assume traffic will yield to you.
- Ride on the shoulder where possible, and in the right lane of traffic where little/no shoulder exists. Always ride in a safe manner with respect to traffic. Do NOT ride against traffic.
- Avoid riding more than two abreast.
- Be conscious of and allow for vehicles to pass on your left.
- Avoid weaving – ride in a safe and predictable manner.
- Always look ahead and behind before merging or turning left or right.
- Don’t an a-hole – be respectful to all other riders, volunteers, and spectators
COVID-19 Response
Based on current conditions in and around Cody, we are confident that this year’s race will be possible with similar precautions from previous years with the following recommended precautions:
- Encouraging face masks for all spectators, volunteers, and participants who aren’t vaccinated
- Supplying hand sanitizer throughout the race start/finish, as well as at every aid station
- Clean aid stations with volunteers using a “no-touch” method of providing food and drink as needed
- Cleaning supplies on hand for every aid station and table for periodic and thorough sanitizing
